SABAR twin 800/2AF cot grinding machine

Since 1969, SABAR Spinmatic Equipments has been one of the leading exporters and manufacturers of textile spinning mills, roll shop machinery, and suppliers of textile machine and spinning machine.

The company’s latest product—SABAR twin 800/2AF cot grinding machine—is a first-of-its-kind machine in textile. Features of the cot grinding machine include continuous and dedicated grinding for R/F, S/F rollers on automatic system by both side, i.e., rear and front grinding zone, which are designed on 200 mm width grinding wheel by fully automatic grinding system, controlled and calibrated by individual electronic software that gives total production of 800 rollers per hour. This machine also has an additional facility to grind long cots. Even separate devices are given with help of this machine.

The machine provides highest production among all other cot grinding machines. SABAR claims that this machine is excellent in quality and best in working concept, user-friendly, and as a result, SABAR has delivered the first machine to Gujarat-based Dwarkadhish Cotspin Pvt Ltd, and it is successfully erected and commissioned. This machine is truly automated for highest production.

SABAR is regularly exporting their quality products to various countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Iran, South Africa, Russia, Rwanda, America and many more.
