The 65-year-old textile major unveils an integrated Farm-to-Fashion showcase at Bharat Tex 2026, spotlighting sustainable fibres, technical textiles and next-gen innovation.

RSWM, the flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group and one of India’s leading integrated textile manufacturers, unveils ‘Sutradhaar – The Thread That Connects Tradition to Tomorrow’ at Bharat Tex 2026, India’s largest global textile exhibition. The RSWM pavilion was visited by Giriraj Singh, Union Minister of Textiles, Government of India, who experienced the newly unveiled ‘Sutradhaar’ showcase at the exhibition.

Aligned with the Government of India’s 5F Vision of Farm to Fibre, Fibre to Fabric, Fabric to Fashion and Fashion to Foreign Markets, RSWM will present the complete journey of Indian textiles, from responsibly sourced fibres to globally competitive fashion solutions.

Building on the success of last year’s Panchtatva showcase, which celebrated nature as the foundation of sustainable innovation, Sutradhaar marks the next chapter in RSWM’s brand narrative. Inspired by the traditional Indian concept of the Sutradhaar, the narrator who binds every part of a story together, the showcase reflects how every stage of the textile value chain is interconnected through innovation, responsible manufacturing and sustainability.

At Bharat Tex 2026, visitors will experience RSWM’s extensive portfolio across six business verticals, including Cotton Yarn, Synthetic Yarn, Mélange Yarn, Sustainable Yarn, Denim Fabric and Knitted Fabric. The showcase will demonstrate the company’s integrated manufacturing capabilities and its commitment to delivering innovative, value-added textile solutions for domestic and international markets. The showcase will also feature the Synthetic & Cotton Sustainable yarn Collection 2.0, Synthetic Dyed Knitwear Yarn Collection and Protective Wear Collection comprising high-performance spun yarns engineered with fibres such as Meta Aramid, Para Aramid, Protex®, PyroTex® and Dyneema® for flame-resistant, anti-static and protective textile applications, alongside the Color Bonding – Melange collection featuring premium fibre-dyed mélange yarns with superior colour consistency and design versatility. The collection incorporates natural fibres such as Eri Silk, Hemp, Ramie and Suvin Gold Cotton, alongside advanced performance materials including Graphene and Dyneema. The company will also showcase sustainable fibre innovations featuring Organic Cotton, Bamboo, Circulose, SeaCell and Recycled Cotton, while highlighting GRAFYRA®, its Graphene Enhanced Smart Yarn developed for sportswear, technical textiles and smart textile applications.

A part of RSWM’s business, LNJ Denim will showcase its AW27 denim collection, ‘In-DIG’o Alchemy’, inspired by the transformative nature of indigo and curated across six distinct themes: Pulse, IndieCraft, Nova-Lab, Aerolite, MetroEdge and Neo-City, bringing together heritage craftsmanship, contemporary design and next-generation denim innovation. Visitors will also get a first look at the Arctic Comfort AW 27/28 knitted fabric collection, featuring sustainable, trend-led fabrics for menswear, womenswear and kidswear, along with value-added fabric innovations for activewear, casualwear, sleepwear and innerwear. Together, these innovations will demonstrate the company’s integrated manufacturing capabilities and its commitment to delivering innovative, value-added textile solutions for domestic and international markets.

RSWM will also present an early glimpse of its recently announced collaboration with the Northern India Textile Research Association (NITRA) for the development of Milkweed (Aak) blended yarns and fabrics. The initiative aims to commercialise an indigenous fibre that grows naturally in arid regions without irrigation, fertilisers or pesticides, supporting India’s vision of developing next-generation sustainable fibres while reducing dependence on imported fine-grade wool.

Further strengthening its innovation portfolio, RSWM will showcase a new range of high-performance technical textile solutions, including specialty yarns developed for protective and industrial applications. The company will also present future-ready materials that combine advanced functionality, sustainability and engineering excellence.

Riju Jhunjhunwala, Chairman & Managing Director, RSWM, said, “As RSWM celebrates 65 years, Sutradhaar reflects both our heritage and our vision for the future, the journey of Indian textiles from our farms and factories to global markets, woven together through innovation, sustainability and craftsmanship. At Bharat Tex, we want to show how that journey translates into globally competitive, future-ready textile solutions.”

Elaborating on the ‘Sutradhaar’ showcase at Bharat Tex 2026, Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director, RSWM, added, “The textile industry today is evolving beyond products to conversations around sustainability, traceability, innovation and responsible manufacturing. Through Sutradhaar, we will showcase how RSWM connects every stage of the textile value chain, from responsibly sourced raw materials to value-added fabrics and global fashion markets. Our integrated portfolio, combined with investments in advanced materials, circular manufacturing and next-generation fibres, reflects that commitment.”

Today, RSWM exports to over 70 countries. Around 70% of the company’s energy mix comes from renewable sources, and its operations include Zero Liquid Discharge systems, recycled fibre production, biofuel-based energy and certified sustainable sourcing, in line with its long-term commitment to responsible growth.

Through Sutradhaar, RSWM aims to present a compelling narrative that connects India’s rich textile heritage with the future of global fashion, showcasing products that are innovative, sustainable and globally competitive while reinforcing the country’s position as a preferred destination for value-added textile manufacturing.
