Hanoi, Vietnam

According
to research from Navigos Group, demand for middle and senior management
positions in the Vietnam textile industries has increased. The recruitment
demand in the textile industry in the country has risen by up to 50% – 60% in
the first and second quarters of 2021.

The Free
Trade Agreements handled by the Vietnamese government along with the increase
in export orders are reasons for the increased recruitment demand.

Similarly, growth
in the financial service enterprises and outsourcing processes has also caused
an increased recruitment demand for IT experts in the country. According to the
report, some of the IT companies can expect a 20% – 25% more demand this year.
