The company had shared its plans to grow via the franchise route, and this new store represented the realisation of that vision.

P N RAO proudly announced the launch of its first franchise store in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone in its strategic expansion through franchising. About a year ago, the company had shared its plans to grow via the franchise route, and this new store represented the realisation of that vision. It aimed to bring quality tailoring and ready-to-wear products closer to customers.

The decision to adopt the franchise model stems from the need to accelerate growth and extend the company’s presence more rapidly than would be possible through direct expansion alone. While franchise partners will manage day-to-day operations and engage with local customers, P N RAO will maintain full control over the manufacturing process, ensuring that all tailoring and product quality standards are upheld consistently through its own factories.

Kukatpally, a bustling satellite market in Hyderabad, was chosen for its strong residential base and growing demand for premium tailoring services. This location offers customers convenient access without the need to travel to prime areas such as Jubilee Hills or Banjara Hills, where P N RAO already has an established store. The Kukatpally store will feature the full seasonal collection of fabrics along with the Neumen ready-to-wear line, which offers unique designs tailored for the premium ready-to-wear market. Positioned near popular malls, the store aims to attract customers seeking high-quality ceremonial and formal wear, including achkans, bandhgalas, tuxedos, and bundi’s.

With this new franchise store, P N RAO hopes to provide greater accessibility and convenience while maintaining its commitment to craftsmanship and quality, ensuring that customers receive exceptional products and service in their neighborhoods.
