Nuva Machine Works India Private Limited is a technically innovative and professionally managed engineering company specialised in designing and manufacturing of dyeing process machinery. Nuva Machine Works ensures cost effective, power saving and eco-friendly technology in their product. Nuvas thus has made a mark in the textile market through its Asymmetricflow® & Eccentricflow®fabric dyeing machines with a low liquor ratio of 1:2.5-1:3. Hence Nuvas takes the pleasure of going hand in hand with both the industry and environment.

Eccentricflow

Nuvas R&D in designing syeinnovative, eco-friendly and high-efficient textile dyeing machinery enabled a new technology in knitted & woven fabric dyeing machine – Eccentricflow.

Eccentricflow is an innovative design, which stands unique for its trouble free processing in ultra low liquor ratio as well for its low consumption of water, steam, electrical power and chemicals. This ultimately paves the way for the dyeing industrys better performance and profitability.

Some of the advantages of Eccentricflow are that it has a shortest processing time of less than seven hours, has ultra low liquor ratio of 1:2.5 to 1:3, has loading capacity up to 100 per cent, easy to process double rope, has 70 per cent less water consumption, 60 per cent less steam consumption, 60 per cent less chemical consumption, 60 per cent less electrical power consumption and 70 per cent less effluent discharge.

Eccentricflow has no piling, no elongation, no spirality and very minimal weight loss.

Features:

  • Operating temperature up to 140 degree Celsius
  • Variable reel drive for fabric speeds up to 450 m/min (depending on fabric properties)
  • Machine control via advance 3rd generation controller with colour monitor
  • 100 per cent reserve tank with preheating arrangement & runback option
  • Advanced auto dilute closing systems
  • Internal fabric platter device
