Evolv 2X
The Evolv 2X Cylinder Wire that has been manufactured with proven metallurgical composition to withstand intense wear and tear provides more supportive area to the working tip that enhances reliability and consistency on delivery.

The Evolv 2X Doffer Wires feature sharper points with slim tooth profile to effectively hold the fibres which avoids the recycling of fibre even at a super high production rate. This helps for improved wear resistance to the wire tip. The Evolv 2X Flat Tops feature high tensile alloy steel wire and stronger foundation for enhanced resilience of pins for super high production cards.

Flat end milling machine
It is mounted on a rigid fabricated steel column, with a dual speed automatic milling head. The added advantage is that it has an interchangeable template for various card models to achieve the required milling angle.

Flat clipping machine
A new type of machine that has centre carriage split and all top piston pressed while mounting for improved accuracy. It has a unique ´fully top pressed´ flat clipping operations, a split type carriage and a linear motion guide ways on both sides of the bed to ensure smooth and accurate carriage movement.

Automatic flat grinding machine
With dynamically balanced grinding roller running on self aligning bearings the machine has interchangeable grinding plates and effective dust extraction system. The system has a centralised lubrication system and can supply inclusive of ceramic stone truing attachment.
