MP can become textile hub: CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan

According to Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief
Minister, Madhya Pradesh has huge potential for investment in the textile
sector. He also said that work is being done to make MP a textile hub.

According to Sudhir Kumar Agrawal,
Chairman, Sagar Group, an investment of Rs 10 billion has been made in the
field of textiles by Sagar Group in Madhya Pradesh. This had led to creating
employment for 4000 people. He also said that the group is working in the food
processing sector, real estate, textile sector, and education sector.

Chouhan also quoted that the engine of the
growth of Madhya Pradesh is Indore. He also said that the state government is
going to provide the needful support to make Indore’s a buzzing international
airport. For Bhopal, he said that it lags air connectivity. The CM addressed
the inauguration program of airlines from Gwalior and Indore. He even launched
an international flight from Indore to Dubai. He also said that if the
investment is made in setting up an international airport at Bhopal and Indore,
then it can further promote industry, trade, tourism, and agricultural
products.

He also mentioned that Indore the city has
created history by ranking first among the metros in terms of building up good
administration regarding the first dose of vaccine.

58 airlines have been given green signal
for MP, said Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Civil Aviation Minister.
