Two industry
veterans have been inducted by Aequs which is a diversified contract
manufacturing company. It is India’s first aerospace focused SEZ which has
recently expanded its manufacturing ecosystems.

Klaus Richter, President, Diehl Stiftung GmbH & Co, has bought a
deep understanding and experience in global supply chains to the Aequs Board.
He gave critical expertise during the time of pandemic when it was needed for
the supply chain players to rapidly adjust to a new normal with changing
customer expectations and geopolitical situations.

Another great personality, Shubhada M Rao, Founder, lead research
house QuantEco brings her insights into the banking, financial markets, and
risk management to the board. Her knowledge helps the board to make informed
decisions related to investment options and resource management. As Aequs
enters into the consumer durable goods sector, her expertise and knowledge of
the Indian economy will be critical.

As per Aravind Melligeri, Chairman & CEO, the company is pleased
to welcome both Klaus and Shubhada as new independent directors to the Aequs board. He feels that these two will be big assets
for the company as the company will expand its manufacturing ecosystem to other
sectors.

Other than this, the company is founding two additional ecosystems,
the Koppal Toy Manufacturing Cluster (KTC), and the Consumer Durable Goods
Manufacturing Cluster (HDC), at Hubballi.
