Kimberly-Clark has announced the launch of its Aero Blue performance surgical gown, a new product for clinicians working in operating rooms.
In head-to-head fluid resistance tests, the soft, lightweight gown has been shown to deliver four times greater fluid protection than other non-reinforced gowns in the same category, with two times better protection than fabric-reinforced gowns.
Made using a proprietary fabric, the gown is also optimised for maximum comfort, allowing moisture vapor to pass through the material and featuring a highly breathable back panel to maximise air flow.
