Keyur Parekh appointed Whole-Time Director at Welspun

Parekh will serve as Whole-Time Director for five years.

Welspun Living has appointed Keyur Parekh as Whole-Time Director of the company, effective 1 June 2026. His appointment is for a five-year term ending 31 May 2031.

Parekh currently serves as CEO – Global Business at Welspun Living. He is also a Director at Welspun USA Inc and Whole-Time Director at Welspun Global Brands. In his current role, he leads worldwide sales and marketing, channel development, supply chain agility, multi-origin sourcing and manufacturing, while shaping market strategy across the company’s home textiles, advanced textiles and flooring businesses.

Dipali Goenka, MD & CEO, Welspun Living, said Parekh’s contribution, understanding of global markets and customer relationships had helped shape the company’s growth journey. She added that his leadership would further strengthen Welspun Living’s position as a globally trusted home solutions enterprise.

Commenting on his appointment, Parekh said his focus would remain on building the company’s global presence through scale, reliability, operational excellence, trusted brands and technology-led long-term value creation.

Parekh has over 28 years of experience, including more than 17 years with Welspun. He previously served as President and Global Head of the Home Textiles business.
