Karl Mayer-Liba Merger On Tracks

As announced earlier, on January 1, 2014 KARL MAYER acquired majority ownership of LIBA Maschinenfabrik GmbH. Integration of the two worldwide leading companies in areas of development, manufacturing and delivery of warp knitting and technical textile machinery is implemented according to plan.
