The company recently winner of the WGSN Global Fashion Award for best sustainable design team in the world, participated in Colombiatex and the fashion show PremiFre Vision Brazil where it presented its latest sustainable technologies for garment finishing.
In particular, during the Colombiatex exhibition it showed the Flexi HS laser technology, eco-washing G2, E-soft and E-mark software. Also during the event was a special action in which a Jeanologia designer worked with Colombian designers using the software E-Mark for getting the highest returns on their productions. Also, designers were able to make their own samples with the latest designs and techniques of Jeanologia.
Moreover, during the celebration of the show Premiere Vision Brazil, Jeanologia exhibited the E-Mark software, the only software developed exclusively for Apparel Design Laser, which is intended for more efficient production, also allowing the creation and improvement of designs on jeans. It is a user friendly software, fast to design and multilingual, also has a constantly updated database, artificial vision control, design preview, production time estimation and analysis of remote control. This achieves to optimise productivity and minimise production errors.
Enrique Silla, President of Jeanologia said that "both Colombian and Brazilian market are aware of the problems being experienced by the textile industry and they have become aware of the environment and the health of workers." In this regard, he stated that "these markets have understood the technology and now is when they are prepared to go a step further getting the highest returns of productions, by performing in a sustainable, efficient and automated way, while caring for the final look of the garment."
The President of Jeanologia highlighted that the leading brands in the Brazilian market such as Calvin Klein, John John, Colcci, Forum, Carmin, Damyller, Lanta Perfume, Morena Rosa, Osmoze Stream Zara, Renner C & A, Marisa, and Oppnus Sawary or Colombian such as Army, Be Kool, Pronto, Studio F, Kenzo, Willdy, Atmosfere, Supreme, CI Jeans, Chevignon, Tennis or Americanio among others, already use these sustainable technologies developed by Jeanologia.
