Inarco’s mission is to deliver superior value for all its stakeholders by consistently supplying excellent products in the most efficient way possible.

Always a step ahead of the competition, Inarco aims to deliver the highest levels of operational excellence in every aspect of cots & aprons manufacturing. With strict independent process controls, state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and continuous drive for innovation, Inarco’s 3,500 customers know what to expect when ordering Inarco cots & aprons – pure performance.

A short history lesson: In 1960, early pioneers Inarco and Armstrong World Industries, USA, took a step into the unknown interweaving their efforts towards the manufacturing & marketing of cots and aprons in India. This pivotal step led to significant improvements in spinning performance as Inarco cots & aprons broke numerous technical boundaries.

From 2000 onwards, an independent Inarco continued to invest heavily in cots & aprons technology. Building on its storied track record, Inarco took a giant leap forward in innovation and started to create a unique of cutting-edge products.

An increase in global demand for Inarco cots & aprons led Inarco to commission a state-of-the-art, highly automated manufacturing facility in Bhojapara, Gujarat in 2016. Inarco Bhojapara is the most advanced cots & aprons manufacturing facility in the world with a daily capacity of 250,000 cots and 300.000 aprons.

Quality is everything

At Inarco, quality is non-negotiable. All Inarco cots and aprons are manufactured from high performance grades of synthetic rubber and top-quality rubber chemicals.

With focus on excellent fibre control, high yarn quality, structural stability, superior abrasion resistance and tight dimensional tolerance, Inarco ensures consistent cutting-edge product performance every single time.

Inarco bleeds Kaizen: Every single team member contributes towards Inarco’s continuous improvement and innovation. No wonder, Inarco is the only cots and aprons manufacturer to win the IMAI Operation Excellence Award (Kaizen award).

With a constant drive for innovation and ceaseless desire to ensure the highest process reliability, Inarco continues to be unstoppable…ensuring consistent high-speed performance, high yarn quality and operation excellence.

At Inarco, only performance counts.
