High response for InORBIT travel arrangements for ITMA 2015

A large number of Indian exhibitors and visitors have provided strong response to InORBIT´s travel packages, said Om Prakash, Director, who has been arranging travel since 1979. Exhibitors & visitors have already registered in their respective travel packages for ITMA 2015.

Exhibitors travel package
InORBIT has made special arrangements for Indian exhibitors for their stay at 4-star hotel and to provide Indian food at the comfort of their hotel. Exclusive coach transfers from hotel to ITMA fair and return to hotel will be provided to match exhibitors timings. Similarly the exhibitors package has the arrangements to arrive one day prior to ITMA to decorate their stand and to return one day after the fair.

Visitors´ package
Visitors´ package will also provide hotel with Indian meals and coach transfers to suit their timings. Prominent Textile Associations across India have tied-up with InORBIT and registered their members´ groups in large numbers. Extension to Switzerland and France from Italy is also provided to mix business and pleasure to the Indian visitors to ITMA 2015.

Visitors Badges
InORBIT the official travel agents for ITMA 2015 is also the authorised sales agent for visitors´ entrance badges. Indian visitors can order their season entrance badges at Euro 80 payable in Indian currency up to October 15, 2015, Euro 90 between October 16-19 and onsite entrance badge will cost Euro 120. Visitors must rush their orders for entrance badges and avail early bird rates.

ITMA has been the world´s most established textile and garment machinery exhibition since 1951. Over the years, it has been a catalyst for change and competitiveness for the industry. In 2015, in line with industry trends and needs, the exhibition will spotlight innovations that promote sustainability with more than 1,355 exhibitors from 45 countries and over 100,067 visitors from 140 countries.
