To guarantee a smooth closing of the deal encompassing different regions, Singhvi Dev & Unni LLP served as Hi Fabrique Group’s sole financial advisor for the transaction.

The Tessitura Monti India (TMIPL), an Indian subsidiary of Tessitura Monti Spa, Italy, an Italian company that owned 100 per cent of TMIPL, engaged in the spinning, weaving, and processing of textiles, has been acquired by Bangalore-based Hi Fabrique Group for an undisclosed sum.

To guarantee a smooth closing of the deal encompassing different regions, Singhvi Dev & Unni LLP served as Hi Fabrique Group’s sole financial advisor for the transaction.

The Monti group, which was founded in Italy in 1911, is today the world’s best producer of processed luxury and high-end cotton fabric. The company stated in a release that it has a customer base of more than 1,500 people who have been doing business with it for a long time.

The Tessitura Monti Italy group consists of five brands, five textile-producing facilities, and three apparel-producing facilities. Tessitura Monti India serves international brands like Hugo Boss, Charles Tyrwhitt, Polo Ralph Lauren, Hackett, Prada, Gucci, Thomas Pink, Tailor Man, and Café Coton, among others.
