But during their round in the department, the technicians can promptly make critical observations of certain vital points, which can be used to detect and rectify deficiencies in the process. They can therefore look for small symptoms that are pointers to serious trouble at a later date.
This publication covers essential checkpoints from blowroom to ring frames, which will guide the technicians about some common deficiencies in spinning process and the corrective action to be taken in such cases.
