Elgi Electric Launches Yarn Conditioning Machine

The company has done extensive validation and started supplying Kubix in the market and is well accepted by its users.

Elgi Electric and Industries has been in the forefront of bringing newer and latest technologies in the market. In line with this they have launched their new yarn conditioning machine Kubix. Its distinct advantages are as under;

  • Conditioning of cones in Pallets (up to 13 layers pallet & 3 tons/ batch) apart from trolleys
  • Pit and Pit less execution 
  • With conveyor arrangement inside the vessel for automatic transfer of pallets in & out of the machine for complete automated lines
  • Separate energy saver unit for generating steam saving up to 30 per cent in power compared to other players
  • Higher wall thickness of vessel compared to others leading to increase in vaccumisation levels

Elgi Electric has done extensive validation and started supplying Kubix in the market and is well accepted by its users.  Based on its performance Elgi Electric has received good no of orders for Kubix.

Elgi Electric was instrumental in bringing many products viz. overhead travelling cleaners, yarn conditioning system, bobbin transport system, metal and fire protection system in collaboration with leading European players for the Indian market. Over the years they have put a dedicated R&D team which is working on many new products and will be launching a series of new innovative products shortly.

Elgi Electric has never compromised on quality and is seen in its product performance. Many of their existing products are running for more than a decade in various installations successfully is a testimony to its quality. For example, their existing yarn conditioning system Profix is running successfully in many mills around the globe and getting repeat orders.

Elgi Electric has its own dedicated 45-member strong sales and service team meeting the after sales requirements of its customers
