Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Deep Pneumatics Pvt Ltd was established in 2009 and now is one of the leading exporters, manufacturers, service providers and suppliers of compressed air treatment equipment, auto drain vales, air compressors. The company provides products, services and solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of customers. The company’s innovative products include air compressors and air systems components.

Bhadresh Bhatt, Director of Deep Pneumatics Pvt Ltd, during an interaction with ITJ Senior Sub Editor Karthik Muthuveeran during ITMACH exhibition in Ahmedabad, says, “Our compressors are not designed, intended or approved for breathing air applications.” He added, “in fact, we do not approve specialised equipment for breathing air application and assumes no responsibility or liability for compressors used for breathing air service.”

The company’s genuine parts are manufactured to meet the same standards as the compressor. They have passed the same endurance tests and have been proven to provide the best protection of investment. Correct specifications and right quality provide problem-free maintenance.

Compressor rotors and piston rings operate with minimal clearances, guaranteeing high performance. But still dirt particles can damage it and thus reduce the performance of the compressor and thus causing an increase in the operating costs. Hence to safeguard the high-tech screw lement/valve/piston rings, which is the heart of compressor, Deep Pneumatics always focused on the intake air filtration system. Deep Pneumatics genuine suction filter stops contamination at the air inlet filter gives extended lifetime of the compressor screw element, oil filter element, air oil separator, compressor oil, suction and discharge valve, piston rings and compressor oil filtration.

Some of the advantages of Deep Pneumatics’ PM series of screw air compressors include: high efficiency airend, special dual housing oil cooling motor, special designed PM motor, vector control technology, and high flow, leak-proof design.

The motor efficiency reach, even higher than IE3 efficiency. The motor adopt excellent performance magnetic material – NDFEB with following advantage: free bearing maintenance, free grease maintenance, direct connection without transmission loss low noise, low vibration, compact structure.

The company’s variable frequency drives feature vector control, also called field-oriented control (FOC), is superior technology to earlier scaler variable speed drives.

Bhatt was very much appreciable about the current Modi Government and their incentives for the textile industry. He says, “The Government is coming out with a lot of schemes and incentives for the betterment of the textile industry in India.”

Bhatt feels that 2017 was not very good for the industry where they serve. “But for our company it was a very fruitful year, he says. “We got a lot of new orders. In fact, the entire cooling for ITMACH exhibition is done by Deep Pneumatics. We expect that 2018 should be even better than this year,” added Bhatt.
