Established in 1988, BOWOO has been producing endless felts for different kinds of industrial uses for textiles, steel, tannery, aluminium extrusion, laundry, etc. The company exports its products to over 25 different countries, including US, Germany, Italy, UK, China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, Brazil, Japan, East Asian countries, etc.

Endless felt for compacting m/c:

Machine: Ferraro, Sperotto Rimar, Santex, Lafer, Heliot, Monti, Monforts, Mersan, Serteks, Bianco, Weiss, Stram, fongs, Kuwang, Ssang Ho, Sun Kyung, Poong Kwang, etc.

Material: Nomex(Meta Aramid), Polyester, Wool

Working temperature:

  • Nomex 100%: 230¦C – Heat Compacting mic
  • Nomex 50%(Surface) Polyester 50%: 180¦C – Heat Compacting mic
  • Nomex 30%(Surface) Polyester 70%: 150¦C – Steam Compacting mic
  • Polyester 100%: 150¦C – Steam Compacting mic
  • Property: < 1% Elongation at 30 kglcm(20 mm thick)

Dimension

  • Width: < 3,200mm. Inner circumference: 2,000 ~ 6,000mm
  • Thickness: 18 ~ 22mm. Weight: 8,000gl m (20 mm thick)

Endless felt for calendering machine:

Machine: Fearro, Sperotto Rimar, Santex, Lafer, Heliot, Monti, Monforts, Mersan, Serteks, Bianco, Weiss, Stram, Morrison, fong s, Kuwang Ssang Ho, Sun Kyung, Poong Kwang, etc.

Material: Nomex(Meta Aramid), Wool, Polyester

Working temperature:

  • Nomex 100%: 230¦C – Heat Calendering mic
  • Polyester 100%: 150¦C – Steam Calendering mic
  • Polyester Wool: 150¦C – Steam Calendering mic
  • Wool 100%: 150¦C – Silk Calendering mic
  • Property: < 1% Elongation at 30kglcm(8mm Thick)

Dimension:

Width: < 3,200 mm. Inner circumference: < 10,000 mm
Thickness: 3 ~ 15 mm. Weight: 2,600gl m (8 mm thick)

Endless felt for sanforising machine:

Machine: Sperotto Rimar, Muzzi, Morrison, BISIO, Cibitex, Monti, Dhali, Kuang, etc. Material: Nomex (Meta Aramid), Polyester, Wool

Working temperature:

Nomex 100%: 230¦C
Polyester/Wool: 150¦C
Property: < 1% Elongation at 20kglcm

Dimension:

Width: < 3,200mm
Inner Circumference: < 30,000mm
Thickness: 6 ~ 10mm
Weight: 1,900gl m (6mm Thick)
