Bed Bath & Beyond acquires PMall.com

Bed Bath & Beyond, one of the leading home textile retailers in the United States, has acquired PersonalizationMall.com (PMall.com) for approximately $190 million, an online retailer of personalised products. 
An official from Bed Bath & Beyond, said that the acquisition of PMall.com expands the company’s existing assortment in the growing product personalisation category and brings a complementary portfolio of differentiated products.
PMall.com’s vertically-integrated e-commerce platform includes an automated personalisation process and rapid orderfulfilment, resulting in a differentiated customer experience. The online retailer offers an extensive assortment of products that can be customised through a variety of different personalisation processes including sublimation, embroidery, digital printing, engraving and sandblasting.
