Recently B-Tex has successfully completed technical textile project at Texport Syndicate (I) with installation of Fabric Inspection Machines with Brushing system, Model – Divine.

B-Tex machines are designed with Italian Know-how and upgraded specially for Texport by immense experience of Dileep Somaiya & Sachin Kshrisagar having joint experience of 45+ years in technical textiles. Without compromising on quality both had focused on quality machines with added features to ensure smooth running of the system for years.

Greige & Finish Inspection Machines with Slitting are the key requirement, which is successfully completed by B-Tex and further upgraded by 4 point Fabric Grading software from B-Tex with Realtime srl (Italy). Defect logging, Report generation and online access of data with cutting plan are the vital features of the software to deliver maximum first choice fabric with minimum wastage.

Adding this system saves additional cost and space and guarantees clean fabric to their customers.

B-Tex Innovative technologies like axial un-winder & winders with cardin shaft, PID control System, Siemens high end PLC, Italian slitters with pneumatic controls, automatic packing, etc  have created new market for the technical textile industry and is contributing in continuous growth.
