Arvind bags award in energy saving

Arvind Limited, one of the largest integrated textile and branded apparel player, has bagged the first prize in the textile sector in the National Energy Conservation Award 2014 of the Ministry of Power, Government of India. Out of 70 textile players contesting for this award, Arvind bagged the First Prize due to major energy savings achieved on account of various initiatives.

The National Energy Conservation Day, which is celebrated every year in India on 14th of December, witnesses giving out of ´National Energy Conservation Award´ by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, to companies from different industry groups.
