Valsad-based Atul Limited has become the first dyestuff company globally to develop one-of-its-kind mobile application to access the technical information of a specific product on a real-time basis. Named ‘Atul oCloud’, the application, which is compatible with both Android and iOS platforms, was inaugurated recently by Dr GVG Rao, President – Colors Division, Atul Ltd.

This user-friendly tool gives 24×7 easy and quick access to technical database of dyes, and even provides recommendations on dyestuff selection. Other features and benefits include: download calibration data developed by different application techniques on various substrates for shade matching, information on product USP, and over 2,500 fashion shades covering various dye classes, application methods and substrates.

App users will also be able to read brief description of Standard Fastness Test, electronic shade cards, technical presentations and articles, and project reports on dye application study.
