Justin Coates serves as the Manager of Market Analysis in the Corporate Strategy and Program Metrics Division of Cotton Incorporated. This division is responsible for conducting and disseminating strategic research, cotton economic forecasts and reports, corporate strategy and development of corporate programme metrics and performance measures. In his role, Coates assists in managing the US and international consumer research that examines the attitudes and behaviours of consumers regarding clothing, performance, appearance, fashion, environment, home furnishings, shopping, and fibre selection. Coates has conducted consumer research in over twelve countries and has had a prominent role in research projects such as Cotton Incorporated´s Lifestyle Monitor¨ Survey, Cotton Incorporated & CCI´s Global Lifestyle Monitor Survey, Chinese Consumer Survey, and Indian Consumer Survey.
