The organisers of ITMA 2015 have added a recycled fibres and yarns sub-chapter to the exhibitions fibre and yarn chapter.

ITMA is owned by the Paris-based European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers (CEMATEX) and organised by MP Expositions Pte Ltd, Singapore. The shows 2015 edition, which is being marketed under the theme "Master the Art of Sustainable Innovation," will be held between 12-19 November 2015, at Fiera Milano Rho in Milan.

The fibre and yarn chapter was launched at ITMA 2011 in Barcelona, Spain, where 37 companies from 14 countries exhibited their products and services. According to show organizers, the sector was among the top five visited at the show, with 83 percent of the exhibitors reporting they established relationships with new customers. More than 94 percent of the 2011 fibre and yarn exhibitors are expected to return to the 2015 edition.
