Archroma, a specialty chemicals producer, has acquired a 49 per cent stake in M. Dohmen SA, a producer and marketer of textile dyes and chemicals for the automotive, carpet and apparel sectors. Both companies will continue to operate as separate entities, and customer service contacts will remain the same.

Thomas Winkler, president, Textile Specialties, Archroma, said, “M. Dohmen is a perfect partner for us. They bring complementary strengths, particularly in the areas of dyes for synthetic fibers and wool, and they are clearly a leading partner for the global automotive industry.”
