The Sonaselection India IPO opens for subscription on Thursday, September 17, 2026, and will close on Monday, September 21, 2026.
Sonaselection India, an integrated fabric manufacturing and processing company engaged in the production of value-added products, has allotted 42,90,000 Equity Shares at Rs 99 per Equity Share, including a share premium of Rs 89 per Equity Share, aggregating to approximately Rs 420.47 million, to 3 Anchor Investors.
The Anchor Investor Bid/Issue Period opened and closed on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, ahead of the Company’s Initial Public Offering, which opens on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
The anchor investors include:
- Astorne Capital VCC – Arven – 53.53 per cent ( 22,96,350 shares)
- India Max Investment Fund – 23.24 per cent (9,96,900)
- Lord Multigrowth Fund – 23.23 per cent (9,96,750)
The Sonaselection India IPO opens for subscription on Thursday, September 17, 2026, and will close on Monday, September 21, 2026. The price band has been set at Rs 94 to Rs 99 per Equity Share, with a face value of Rs 10 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum bid lot of 150 Equity Shares and in multiples of 150 Equity Shares thereafter. The total issue size comprises a fresh issue of up to 14,300,000 Equity Shares, and the shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE. Regarding the allocation structure, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) are allotted not more than 50 per cent, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) are allocated not less than 15 per cent, and Retail investors are reserved not less than 35% of the issue.
