Trade fair showcases automation, AI and processing innovations.
Texprocess 2026 will bring together 200 exhibitors from 28 countries, offering a comprehensive overview of textile processing technologies and investment opportunities amid a challenging market environment. The international trade fair, scheduled from 21 to 24 April 2026 at the Frankfurt exhibition grounds, highlights industry progress driven by automation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence.
The event showcases solutions aimed at improving efficiency, product quality and resource optimisation across the textile processing value chain. Exhibitors represent key markets including Germany, Italy, Taiwan, Turkey and Great Britain, with new participating countries such as Australia, Finland, Slovakia and Hungary joining the platform.
Participants include established companies such as bullmer, Brother Internationale Industriemaschinen, Eton Systems, Kai Corporation, Morgan Tecnica, Style3D | Assyst, Veit and Zünd, alongside new exhibitors including Amann & Söhne, Coats Group, Melco International, NedGraphics, Ozbilim, Pathfinder Australia, PGM System and Robotextile. The Start-up Stars area will feature emerging innovators such as ProMSD – Pusztay, Prodactive Solutions, Qsee.ai and White Pattern, fostering collaboration between industry and research partners.
Across 15 product groups, visitors can explore technologies spanning the full process chain, from CAD/CAM systems to cutting, sewing, embroidery and finishing solutions. The exhibition also presents advanced processing technologies and world premieres designed for high-performance materials and specialised applications.
According to Sabine Scharrer, Director Brand Management Technical Textiles and Textile Processing at Messe Frankfurt, investment in connected and cost-efficient systems is essential for businesses to remain competitive amid challenges such as volatile tariff policies, skilled labour shortages and high energy costs.
The event will also recognise breakthrough technologies through the Texprocess Innovation Award, focusing on advancements in digitalisation, AI and sustainability. Expert discussions at the Texprocess Forum will address topics including AI-driven solutions and scalable manufacturing approaches.
Held alongside Techtextil, the event covers the entire textile production process, bringing more than 1,700 exhibitors together and enhancing networking opportunities through an optimised hall layout.
