EFI and Fiery, LLC announce agreement for Fiery’s acquisition of Inèdit Software
Inèdit’s renowned software portfolio — including neoStampa, neoTextil, and neoCatalog — caters to digital textile and specialty printing markets.
Electronics For Imaging has announced that Fiery, LLC, has entered into an agreement to acquire all interests in Inèdit Software, a leading provider of RIP and color management solutions for digital textile printers worldwide.
Inèdit’s renowned software portfolio — including neoStampa, neoTextil, and neoCatalog — caters to digital textile and specialty printing markets. The acquisition will enable Fiery to further expand its comprehensive suite of solutions for these sectors. EFI Reggiani will continue its strong collaboration with Inèdit as an OEM partner.
“Fiery is a key OEM partner for EFI, providing RIPs and color management tools for our packaging and display graphics businesses,” said Frank Pennisi, CEO of EFI. “With this transaction, Fiery will now support our textile business as well, allowing EFI to concentrate on its core strengths in systems, production software, and ink. As part of Fiery, Inèdit will gain additional opportunities for growth. This move benefits both organisations while ensuring the continued availability of software products vital to the textile printing industry.”
Following the acquisition, Fiery intends to maintain the Inèdit brand as an independent product suite, continuing to support existing and future customers and partners with its strong development capabilities and expertise in digital textile printing.
Financial details and the timeline for the completion of this transaction have not been disclosed.
