Mangal Singh Brothers (also known as MSB) is a market leader in the power transmission belting industry across India. Associated with the top quality brands from Japan and Europe, Having operated in this segment since the 1970s.

MSB has sole (and shared) distributorship of several top brands for belts and spares:

  • MITSUBOSHI (MBL), Japan – Rubber V belts, rubber timing belts and variable speed belts
  • NITTA of Japan – Flat and belts for preparatory machines, Tangential belts for open end, Ring frame, TFO and texturising machines as well as conveyor belts and spindle tables.
  • Megadyne – Italy – PU timing belts
  • Volta – Israel – PU round and V belts
  • HOKUSHIN – Japan – PU Disc for texturising machine
  • KUREHA ELASTOMER – Japan – rubber strip for weaving looms

The company’s products cover the entire textile value chain in key and critical applications from preparation to finished garment, due to which we are the OEM suppliers to all major machine manufacturers in spinning, TFO, winding, weaving and texturising machines.

Headquartered in Navi Mumbai, MSB has built a widespread network of dealers and retailers that helps service customers all over India. Additionally, the company has a dedicated team of over 200 people that provide marketing, technical and after-sales support thereby ensuring 100 per cent customer satisfaction.

For quality, the company follows the standards laid down under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for systems, quality and environment management.

MSB-KUREHA ELASTOMER collaborate


In continuous endeavour to provide high quality products, MSB joined hands with a Japanese company called Kureha Elastomer for producing cots and aprons. The company has established an independent manufacturing facility with an annual capacity to manufacture 120 million units for producing cots and aprons of Japanese quality for the Indian and global markets. Kureha is a 50 years old company manufacturing cots and aprons. The company is a major supplier of cots and aprons to OEMs such as Toyota and numerous end users. Cots and aprons are manufactured and marketed under the brand MSB-Kureha, on machinery and best manufacturing practices followed by KUREHA ELASTOMER in Japan.

MSB – KUREHA cots and aprons has the most comprehensive product portfolio with specialised products for cotton, polyester, wool and acrylic fibers for ring spinning; airjet spinning cots and aprons; compact spinning cots and aprons; and texturising cots and aprons.

The products have been very well received in local and international markets, providing economical option to produce very high
quality yarns.
