Mohler, leading from the front

The seeds of Mohler Machine Works were sown in 2006 by two visionaries – V Balasubramanian, Textile Technologist and V Benny Jerald, Mechanical Engineer – who bought in rich experience of more than two decades in the textile
industry. Over the years, the company has grown substantially and has established a strong business
network across the globe.


During ITJ’s interaction during ITMA in Barcelona, V Balasubramanian said, “Mohler is one of the leading manufacturers of overhead travelling cleaners, bobbin transportation system and yarn conditioning system. These are the main products required for spinning mills.”
On USPs of these products, Balasubramanian said: “We have enhanced the quality of our products, and we have adopted new features including complete automation in bobbin transport system.”


He added, “being a CE certified product, we lay great emphasis on the quality of the inputs being used in our products. By making use of most advanced technologies, we fabricate high quality and high performance overhead travelling cleaner to cater spinning, weaving and processing industries.”


Every overhead travelling cleaner that rolls out of the manufacturing unit undergoes stringent quality control procedures. The OHTC are made using superior raw material and by adopting the most modern technologies.


Adding feather to the cap, Mohler now offers world-class bobbin transport system with cutting-edge German technology. Mohler offers the right solutions for you whether it is installed with new machines or fitted in the existing spinning mills.


“Our brand Mohler, launched in the year 2008 in Turkey, has gained us a huge client base due to its distinguished features and functions. Today, Mohler is the largest exporter of overhead travelling cleaner in India. Now Mohler overhead travelling cleaner has a huge clientele base in India, Turkey, Bangladesh, Indonesia, etc. The company has also supplied its systems to various countries, including Bangladesh, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Indonesia. We are now targeting Vietnam and Iran markets,” said Balasubramanian.
