Singh shared his insightful vision for the future of technical textiles, emphasising the importance of integrating emerging technologies with cost-effective strategies to ensure widespread adoption, particularly in the areas of agrotech, geotech, protective wear, and carbon & glass fibre. He underscored the need for innovative approaches that can drive mass dissemination and make a substantial impact.
Furthermore, the newly appointed Textile Minister encouraged ITTA’s active participation in various governmental interventions and initiatives aimed at fostering growth and development within the industry. His support and encouragement have further strengthened our resolve to continue our mission with renewed vigor.
The meeting was also graced by the presence of Kumar Priyadarshi, IAS, Private Secretary to the Textile Minister, and IAS Raman. Their presence and contributions added significant value to the discussions.
