Embee establishes new world-class facility!

The new state-of-the-art factory with 22,000 square meters area can produce more than four times the existing capacity.

Established in 1956, Embee group is one of the leading solution providers in the textile machinery industry. Embee started with a humble beginning by manufacturing textile trolleys. Today, Embee is the only company in the world to manufacture the complete package for textile rotary printing systems, which includes textile rotary screen printing machine, textile rotary screen engraving plant, complete package for color kitchen systems, washing systems and accessories.

Embee’s vision is to be the most trusted global leader in innovative technological solutions which are focused on higher efficiency and returns for the sustainable growth of all the stakeholders.

New expansion
The company recently expanded into a new state-of-the-art factory with 22,000 square meters area. The new capacity created can produce more than four times the existing capacity. With this new venture, the company hopes to achieve three to four time their existing growth in the near future.

Infrastructure
Located in a very prominent industrial area of Ahmedabad, Changodar, this factory is a state of the art facility built with proper planning and world class infrastructure. The new factory is equipped with high tech CNC machines and other specialized European machines which help to manufacture the components for rotary screen printing system with very high quality and precision.

Team
Today, Embee employs more than 150 people including engineers, senior engineers, skilled workers, design engineers, office staffs, marketing and sales professionals.

Embee has advanced technical team of skilled engineers who are headed by senior engineers. These senior engineers have experience in working at Multi National Companies for more than 20-25 years. So, they ensure the best selection of raw materials, vendors, design softwares etc. for maintaining high quality standards. Their R&D team focuses and keeps updated with the latest technological developments and analyzes its applications in the textile industry.

New Innovation at Embee
Today with the latest factory setup, Embee is continuously introducing breakthrough technologies and innovative features. The company had launched one of its kind laser stripping machine. This is the first time in world that the laser technology is used to strip the textile rotary screen. The company has also developed a state-of-the-art rotary screen printing machine, which is equipped with a servo motor for each printing position to improve accuracy and ease of operation. Embee also developed semi automation feature in their color kitchen systems which comprises all the major benefits of fully automatic Color Kitchen Systems. Smart Color is one step ahead of manual Color Kitchen Systems.
