Fadis was founded in 1960 with the purpose of manufacturing textile machines such as rewinders, soft winders, assembly winders, hank to cone winders, reeling machines, spooling machines and intermingling machines, which are meant to process all types of yarns such as cotton, wool, silk, artificial fibres, synthetic fibres, mixed fibres, intermingled yarns, fancy yarns.
The innovative constructional philosophy of the SINCRO line, called ´open platform´, finds its greatest expression in the SINCRO MULTIPLA machine and in its various possible functions. It is a ´multi-function´ machine, which can respond to seven different production processes and guarantees high performances with speeds reaching up to 1.750 m/min. This innovative construction principle allows to prepare, jointly with the customer, a machine that perfectly satisfies his specific technical/productive needs, with the possibility of modifying it according to new market requirements. This flexibility allows the customer to identify in only one basic model all the types of processing he needs, with indisputable benefits in terms of personnel training, maintenance and organisation of production.

More than 55 years of experience and the cooperation with the most important companies specialised in soft winding and rewinding has allowed the company to develop the most advanced technologies aimed at reaching the optimal relationship between all above factors.
Soft winding and rewinding are two fundamental phases of the entire production cycle, where producing perfect packages is very important to guarantee the most uniform and even dyeing and the most accurate metering for warping end use during the subsequent working processes. Thanks to the precision crossing with electronic yarn guide and to the positively driven bobbin technology together with our unique ´Tens Control´´ and ´on-line´ density control, Fadis perfectly responds to these requirements.

At ITMA 2015, the company will introduce an enhanced generation of rewinder with automatic doffing, more compact with 33 per cent less space requirement, higher efficiency, specifically studied for short warping chains and all this with a lower investment cost than any existing similar machine.
