Tata Chemicals has announced some organisational changes effective June 2014. Ashvini Hiran will move into the role of Chief Culture Officer. Hiran has over 30 years of experience behind him in leading Indian and multinational organisations like Tata Group, Hindustan Unilever, AV Birla Group and Gujarat Coop Milk Mktg Federation (GCMMF).
In another appointment, Richa Arora has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer – Consumer Products Business. Arora was previously Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of a boutique consultancy firm known as Five by Six Consulting. Prior to that she was the Head-Marketing & Innovation at Britannia Industries Limited, and has previously worked in leadership positions at Balsara Home Products and Draft FCB.
