Worldwide shipments of new texmach decreased in 2019
The report from the 42nd annual International Textile Machinery Shipment Statistics (ITMSS) covers six segments of textile machinery, namely spinning, draw-texturing, weaving, large circular knitting, flat knitting and finishing.
Shipments of open-end rotors soar by 24%
Shipments of new short staple spindles increased for the first time since 2013, while Shipments of open-end rotors rose by 24 per cent to a level over 7,88,000 rotors in 2017
New textile machinery shipments dip
Shipments in most of the textile machinery segments experienced declines in 2014. Deliveries of new short-staple spindles fell by 15 per cent from 2013 to 2014. Shipped long-staple spindles and open-end rotors increased by 70 per cent and 2.6 per cent respectively.
Overall shipments of new textile machinery down in 2013
In 2013, shipments fell in most segments though remained on a relatively high level. In comparison to 2012 global shipments of new short-staple spindles rose by 10 per cent while those of open-end rotors decreased slightly by 2 per cent and those of long-staple spindles dropped by 45 per cent.
