Workhorse 8-colour/8-station manual press

AS an alternative to table printing, Workhorse Products offers its Model 10008 All Heads Down eight-colour/eight-station manual press. This type of press has a unique floating head design that allows an operator to be positioned at each station printing simultaneously. Depending on the type of job, this can increase your production over the more popular rotary method.

The W88A has precision-machined cast aluminum print heads and print wheel. It has a large diameter, full-length centre shaft with tapered bearings, and print station support struts. The tool-free adjustments include dial-in off contact, micro-adjust screen angle, super responsive microregistration, and bearing-aided microcinch-down/antidroop.

The press also has a large-screen capacity and easy-to-load, quick-change pallets. Additional print heads and side clamps are available. For printing items other than adult shirts, the company offers youth pallets, an 18-inch by 20-inch oversize pallet, and a leg/sleeve pallet. The company also makes a pocket printing attachment so you can print just about any blank substrate with relative ease.
